Hounds of the Baskervilles is our second floor room, with a four-poster king bed, providing a restful night on a pillow top mattress, fine linens and pillows. Comfortable seating area to enjoy that good book. A private marble full bath with gold fixtures. Our rooms are cable and WIFI ready. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10am each morning.

Morning Glow is our second floor room with eastern exposure, gently waking you to a new day. With its four poster king bed with sumptuous linen and pillows beckoning you back for that one more snooz. Separate seating area and writing desk. Dressing room and a full private bath. Our rooms are cable and WIFI ready. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10am each morning.

Fox Hunt is our second floor room tucked away in an east corner, sporting views of gardens and mature Magnolias and Holly trees. This was the former owner's master bedroom. A giant four-poster king bed with fine linen, a comfortable wing-back chair and writing desk, basking in the warmth of a gas log fireplace. The Italian marble full private bath is furnished with a soaking tub and separate shower. Of course, the room is cable and WIFI ready. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10am each morning.

The Bridle & Bit is our cottage and is considered our casual living accommodations for a couple or a small party. One master bedroom with a king bed, laviously furnished, and one bedroom with twin beds on the second floor. Also, on the second floor, there is a full bath and separate dressing room. As you enter the cottage, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen opening up to a generous family room with cable TV. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10am each morning.

Policies and Rules

• Accommodations: Rooms and Cottage rates are based on double occupancy.
• Payment: Cash or Major Credit Cards (eg. Visa, Master Card) are accepted.
• Discount Rates: Are offered to select groups based on a two-night minimum stay.
• Reservation Policy: Advance reservations are recommended. A credit card number is required to hold the reservation with one night deposit 48 hours in advance of the stay. Any reservation for the Bridle & Bit cottage for more than one week will require a deposit of 25% of the total amount, due one week in advance of stay. All deposits will be applied to the total bill. Remaining balance of the bill will be required at Check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is simple. While we require a deposit of one night stay 48 hours in advance to guarantee the reservation, if you cancel in more than 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, we reserve the right to retain the deposit unless we are able to fill your vacancy. The cancellation policy for the Bridle & Bit Cottage requires a two-week advance notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund. Holidays and Special Events require 1-month notice and two-night minimum stay requirement.
• Check-In/Out:
  • Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM
• Room Rates: Are subject to change, partially dependent upon seasons, events and promotions. Please review current listings. Room rates do not include taxes.
• Rules:
  • No pets of any kind.
  • No Smoking.
  • No Running inside so not to cause injury to self and/or guest.
  • No loud noises or parties as to not disturb other guests or neighbors.
  • Quiet Hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for damages they cause to the Inn’s property. Here at Wyndie Crest, we place a high value on respect for one’s person and their property. We reserve the right to refuse service based on incivility, guest-to-guest or guest-to-staff.
  • Children Policy: Please inquire prior to making your reservation.
• Services:
  • Care of rooms, linens change after 2nd day.
  • Laundry and Dry Cleaning service by local vendor is available upon request and at additional cost to guests.

Wyndie Crest is dedicated to making your stay with us as pleasurable and enjoyable as possible. Please read these important instructions and information to ensure your security and safety.

Non-Registered Guests: are not allowed in the Inn after 11:00 pm.

Emergency Instructions: Wyndie Crest is equipped with fire and smoke detectors. In case of fire, the system will alert guests. Please follow the Emergency Exit Diagram located in your guest information book to safely exit the premises.

Security of Personal Property: Wyndie Crest considers the security of personal property the sole responsibility of every guest. So, for your peace of mind, lock your accommodations upon leaving.
